What AOS is

Abdulelah OS ("AOS") is a personal operating system built to organize one individual's workspaces, communications, and records. It is not a public or commercial service offered to third parties.

Google account access

AOS only accesses a Google account after the user explicitly authorizes it through Google's OAuth consent screen. AOS currently requests read-only Gmail access. AOS does not use this permission to send, delete, or modify any email.

How Gmail data is used

Gmail data is used to display, organize, classify, summarize, and surface relevant email information inside AOS, for the authorized user only. Gmail data is not shared with any other user, workspace, or account.

Credentials and tokens

Authentication credentials and access/refresh tokens are handled by AOS's backend and are not intentionally exposed to the browser or client-side code.

No selling, no advertising

AOS does not sell user data. Gmail data is not used for advertising, ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to operating AOS for its authorized user.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), and, where supported, by disconnecting the integration from within AOS.

Scope of this policy

This policy describes AOS as it currently operates. It does not claim compliance certifications, specific encryption guarantees, defined data retention periods, or security controls beyond what is described above.
